Here's What You're Joining

S2S isn't a course or a conference—it's a structure built for real transformation. Here's how it works.

Group Structure

Your Core Group

Your peer group is the heart of S2S—a small, committed circle of couples walking the same season of life. This is where the honest conversations happen: the questions you haven't asked out loud, the decisions still unresolved, the plans still taking shape. It's a place to be known, challenged, and supported by people who understand exactly what you're navigating.

What is a Cohort?

Between peer group gatherings, you'll meet regularly (online) in a smaller cohort—a tighter circle focused on accountability and progress. This is where the work keeps moving: checking in, working through what's next, and making sure the plans from your last peer group meeting don't stall out.

The Rhythm

Peer groups gather twice a year at locations around the country for two full days. Cohorts meet several times in between, keeping momentum between the larger gatherings.

Two Days, Two Purposes

One Day is personal—your peer group, working through your individual plans, challenges, and next steps.

The Second Day is communal—peer groups come together for a day of shared learning, focused on turning what you've built into lasting impact.

What It Takes

Joining S2S means making a real commitment, not a casual drop-in. That commitment is part of what makes the community work: everyone in the room is equally invested in showing up, doing the work, and pushing each other toward what's next.

What's Your Next Step?

You've seen how S2S works.  Now it's time to decide what's next for you.  Whether it's diving in, learning more, or hearing from couples who've already made the shift.
